Han Tao - completely oblivious to the vampire behind him. Han Tao must use his martial arts skills in order to knock out wave upon wave of enemies on each level. Successful hits will raise one part of his Yin-Yang meter, while successfully dodging enemy attacks will raise the other.
When the two parts meet, Han Tao can enter a special mode think Hazard Time , and get increased powers for a limited time. He can also use meditation to heal - this will, however, decrease the Yin-Yang meter, and requires Han Tao to be stationary which can be difficult when a horde of ninjas is out to get you. There are several other gameplay elements in the game as well, such as 'Evil souls' that can be collected and either used to recharge health or saved for later use as a 'smart bomb ', which will eradicate any enemy currently present on the level.

While the action is fast, you'll need to think before acting, different enemies are vulnerable to different kind of attacks, and many will parry or dodge while surrounding you and following you around. The zen meter is the pivot of your stratey, its two sides gets full when you dodge or hit, when they meet you get more points and can anleash a a temporary bonus. At the same time, when you meditate wich heal yourself you'll drain the zen meter, and will be open to attacks. The more successful your attacks, the more your rank will rise, and will score more points.
Points are needed to buy new lifes, and you'll need them if you don't master your moves. The levels are beutifully rendered, and act like movie sets in wich you'll run around making your way throu enemies, and at the same time giving you multiple ways of escape or interact with. If you manage to get a pair of 3d glasses even the old red blue the graphics get's even better, the illusion of prospective is really well done, and the game runs nice and smooth.
I'm surprised that big names in game reviews are so unproffessional about this game, looks like they didn't even try to play the game, and discarded it at the first difficoulty.
