I'm sorry you have a problems. Sorry for bad news but likely you program is not compatible with new display driver model the Windows 10 uses. You may use some virtual machine and install Windows 98 or Windows XP into it.

Then install and run your program in this virtual system. Unfortunately this requires a separate Windows 98 or XP license. In reply to Igor Leyko's post on September 14, Console, GUI, and service applications are supported. However, bit processes cannot load bit DLLs for execution, and bit processes cannot load bit DLLs for execution. This restriction does not apply to DLLs loaded as data files or image resource files; for more information, see LoadLibraryEx.

The application can obtain additional information about the processor by using the GetNativeSystemInfo function. Note that bit Windows does not support running bit Windows-based applications. The primary reason is that handles have 32 significant bits on bit Windows. Therefore, handles cannot be truncated and passed to bit applications without loss of data.

Right-click on it and select Properties from the drop-down menu. The first thing you should try when you set out to run any software that has compatibility issues is to run it in Compatibility Mode.

There are very few problems that this realistically fixes nowadays, but it was a very useful feature when Windows 95 was replaced by NT. To run an application in Compatibility Mode, navigate to it in the file explorer and right-click it.

Same as above, click on Properties from the menu. Under Properties, click on the Compatibility tab. Then, click Apply and try to run your application.

There should only be a handful of options so try to go through them all. To be thorough, you can make sure that bit applications are enabled in your Windows services.
