I own this game series and have played this and Hookman so far. This was a really creepy little game and I loved the very suspenseful music. There were a couple of surprise scares too that I enjoyed. I love being scared when I know it is only a game. Also, the storyline was quite good and followed through, making sense, plus it actually had an excellent ending, although very sad!

This is exactly what the title says: a scary campfire story to keep you on the edge of your seat. The game is mostly hidden objects, and they are pretty difficult which I like. You may have to search several areas for the items you need. The games aren't too hard but enjoyable. As soon as I finished I bought the other 2 Campfire Legend games. First game of the series. And the most difficult one I think. Some puzzles are really hard to solve. Thank you Big Fish. Rated 5 out of 5 by schefnh from A real challenge After about 3 weeks I finally finished this fun game using a walkthru and 3 videos.

I ran out of the firefly hints early on so had to keep plugging away. This is the best of the campfire legend games but the other 2 are good too. There is no puzzle skip buttons so it is all up to the player. These games are so unique, you really get into them. The voice overs and the art work are fantastic. It is also designed to scare you from time to time with some jump scares. These are great and I am glad I found them.

Ill get them all. Rated 5 out of 5 by JuJugamer from No lurid colors! It's worth 4 stars just because of the coloring. I am sooo tired of the garish colors so popular with the devs these days. The moment I see those neon colors while I'm shopping for a game I just move on.

It's spooky enough to have made me jump a couple times and some of the puzzles are difficult enough that I needed help from youtube. That's better than the the simple minded same old same old. The most refreshing thing about the plot was that there actually was one and it was neither tired nor predictable.

Sort of short but it kept me interested all the way through. Most games by the mainstream devs bore me so badly that I start skipping puzzles just to get it over with.
