However no applications or games will use it not even ashes of the singularity. Am using the latest window version nd my dxdiag says am using directx12 but I cannot install any game on the laptop. The software keeps on telling me that I require atleast directx9. When I downloaded the directx9, the software informs me that the laptop cannot install it because it is incompatible with the system.
